📧 Marketing Communications

We only send you promotional emails if you have explicitly opted in. When your data reaches the end of its retention period, we securely delete or anonymise it. Anonymised data (where your identity cannot be re-established) may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis and product improvement purposes.

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and respond substantively within 30 days (or inform you if we need more time, which we may request for complex requests — up to a maximum of 90 days total).

We will not charge a fee for your first request in any 12-month period. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or excessive requests.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. In the EU, contact your national supervisory authority.

Data Security

How We Protect Your Data

Children's Privacy

Children's Privacy

Our products and services are designed for adult content creators and are not intended for children under the age of 16 (or under the age of 13 in the United States).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@BecomeAnInfluencer.com. We will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, delete the child's information from our systems.

By using our services and providing personal information, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are between 13 and 16 years of age in the United States, you must have verifiable parental consent before using our services.

International Data Transfers

International Transfers

BecomeAnInfluencer operates internationally and some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

For transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on the following safeguards:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): The European Commission's approved contractual clauses for data transfers, which bind the recipient to protect your data to EU standards. We use the most current 2021 version of these clauses.
UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs): For transfers from the UK, we use the UK's equivalent contractual mechanism as approved by the ICO.
Adequacy decisions: Where the destination country has received an adequacy decision from the European Commission or UK ICO, we rely on that decision as the transfer mechanism.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 45 days or notify you if we need an extension (up to a maximum of 90 days).

You may submit a request up to two times in any 12-month period without charge. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by providing written permission or a power of attorney.
