If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers to that entity.

Pricing & Currency
All prices on the BecomeAnInfluencer platform are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BecomeAnInfluencer does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products (guides, templates, workbooks) are delivered immediately via a secure download link sent to your registered email address. Course access is activated within 15 minutes of purchase confirmation. If you do not receive access within 1 hour, contact support@BecomeAnInfluencer.com with your order confirmation number.
A purchase confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after payment. If you require a formal VAT invoice (for EU/UK business purchases), please email billing@BecomeAnInfluencer.com with your order number and business VAT registration number. We will issue an appropriate invoice within 5 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Your Content
When you submit content to our community spaces, leave reviews, complete worksheets, or share your creator journey with us, you retain ownership of your own original content. However, by submitting it to BecomeAnInfluencer's platforms, you grant BecomeAnInfluencer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services, marketing our products (with appropriate attribution), and displaying it within our community platform.
You confirm that any content you submit: (a) is original to you or you have the right to share it; (b) does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; and (c) does not violate any applicable law.
License to Use
When you purchase a BecomeAnInfluencer product or course, you receive a specific personal licence to use that content. This licence is not a transfer of ownership — it is permission to use our intellectual property under defined conditions.
Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, BecomeAnInfluencer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial content creation and educational purposes.
If you wish to use BecomeAnInfluencer content in an educational institution, corporate training programme, or with a team of more than one person, you must obtain a separate commercial licence. Contact partnerships@BecomeAnInfluencer.com to discuss our team and institutional licensing options.
Violation of these licence terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may expose you to civil liability for intellectual property infringement.
User Conduct
Our community is built on mutual respect, genuine effort, and a commitment to helping each creator succeed. By using our services, you agree to uphold these standards and to refrain from conduct that is harmful to our community or to BecomeAnInfluencer.
General Standards
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our Services. Specifically, you must not:
Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or cause distress to any person in our community or through our communication channels
Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, chain letters, or promotional content to other members of our community
Impersonate BecomeAnInfluencer, any BecomeAnInfluencer team member, any other user, or any other person or entity
Engage in any fraudulent activity, including false chargeback disputes, fraudulent refund requests, or misrepresentation
Upload, distribute, or transmit any virus, malware, spyware, or any other code designed to harm our systems or users
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from our website or platforms without express written permission
Attempt to bypass, probe, or disable any security feature, access control, or authentication system on our platform
Use our Services for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Share, upload, or distribute any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of BecomeAnInfluencer or any third party
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or designed to embarrass or harm any individual or group
We reserve the right to remove any content or user from our community at our sole discretion without prior notice or refund if we believe these standards have been violated. Repeated or serious violations will result in permanent account suspension.

Purchasing a course does not guarantee any specific outcome, income level, follower count, or business result. Any income figures, follower counts, or results referenced in our marketing materials represent the results of specific individuals under specific circumstances and are not guaranteed, typical, or representative of average results. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to BecomeAnInfluencer in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to protect BecomeAnInfluencer from claims arising from your misuse of our Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BecomeAnInfluencer, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

BecomeAnInfluencer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated, and we receive no compensation for recommending specific third-party tools unless a disclosure of an affiliate relationship is clearly made.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship under these Terms. This section explains the circumstances, process, and consequences of termination.
Termination by You
You may close your account and terminate your relationship with BecomeAnInfluencer at any time by emailing support@BecomeAnInfluencer.com or through your account settings. If you have an active membership, your access continues until the end of your current paid period. Terminating your account does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility is governed by Section 05 of these Terms.
Termination by BecomeAnInfluencer
BecomeAnInfluencer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (a) your right to access our Services immediately ceases; (b) your account and associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply — including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Termination for cause by BecomeAnInfluencer does not entitle you to a refund. If BecomeAnInfluencer terminates your account without cause, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused paid access.
Disputes & Resolution
We hope that any disagreements can be resolved through direct, good-faith communication. This section outlines the process for resolving disputes and explains the options available to you.
Step 1 — Informal Resolution (Required)
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by notifying BecomeAnInfluencer in writing at legal@BecomeAnInfluencer.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice." Your notice must include a description of the dispute, the outcome you are seeking, and a reasonable timeframe for response (minimum 30 days).
BecomeAnInfluencer will use good-faith efforts to respond within 15 business days of receiving your notice. Most disputes are resolved at this stage — we genuinely want to find fair solutions for our customers.
Step 2 — Mediation
If informal resolution fails within 45 days of your dispute notice, either party may request mediation by a mutually agreed independent mediator. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless the mediator determines otherwise. Mediation is non-binding but parties agree to participate in good faith.
Step 3 — Binding Arbitration (for US Users)
For users based in the United States, any dispute not resolved through the above steps shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST BecomeAnInfluencer. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
For UK & EU Users
UK consumers retain their right to bring claims before UK courts and to contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or a comparable consumer organisation. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in this section removes your statutory consumer rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subject to the dispute resolution procedures in Section 15, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. By using our Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for this purpose.
For users in the United States: to the extent that US law applies to any dispute, the laws of the State of Delaware shall govern, and any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be heard in the courts of Delaware.
For users in the European Union: EU consumer protection laws may provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this governing law provision affects those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or our business practices. We are committed to notifying you of material changes.
When we make changes to these Terms:
